Working hours: Part-time (number of hours by arrangement).
These tasks await you:
Central contact person in the HR area— You are the first point of contact for our employees for all questions relating to personnel topics
HR generalist with an overview — You support all processes throughout the employee life cycle — from recruiting to onboarding to offboarding
Preparatory (payroll and salary) accounting— You take care of the structured recording and forwarding of accounting-relevant documents and support coordination with our tax advisor
Your profile:
Structure & personal responsibility — You work independently, carefully and take responsibility for your tasks
Commercial foundation — You have an apprenticeship or degree in the commercial sector
Strong communication skills & openness— You approach people openly, are empathetic and enjoy working with different personalities
HR experience — You have already gained some professional experience in the area of human resources and know the typical HR processes
Experience in preparatory accounting — Ideally, you have basic knowledge of preparatory accounting
