1. Understand alerts at a glance with visual support
What has changed?
When you open the alert link, you can now immediately see the affected part of the system in the dashboard - including the relevant time period directly. The red-highlighted rectangle clearly indicates the relevant time period.

Fast response: Users can view the affected system section in the dashboard immediately after receiving the alarm email and react immediately.
2. Individual option to provide feedback on the alarm to train the model
What has changed?
The alert email contains a pop-up window for feedback on the alert. This feedback flows directly into the training of the models. Information, such as the system-specific reason for the alarm, can be entered in the free text field. The link in the email remains active so that changes or additions can be made later.

Improved model accuracy: The continuous feedback allows the models to become more precise, as system-specific information and specific restrictions are immediately recorded and taken into account.
