Office Management (6 hours/week)

aiomatic develops a digital maintenance assistant that uses predictive maintenance to reduce unplanned downtime, ensuring technology runs reliably in the background.

To ensure smooth day-to-day operations, we're looking for you
‍You'll provide essential support to our Hamburg team, ensuring structure, a well-organized office, and seamless collaboration – pragmatically, reliably, and with an eye for detail.

‍Location: Hamburg (on-site) 2 days/week

These tasks await you: ‍

Caring for our office spaces, including watering our plants (excluding routine cleaning, for which we have hired a company)
Preparing meeting rooms (beverages, tidiness, supplies)
Writing and sending birthday and anniversary cards for employees
Assisting with ordering beverages and similar items
Running errands and making small purchases (e.g., post office, supermarket)
Regularly emptying the mailbox, as well as internal distribution and forwarding of mail
Assisting with filing (copying, scanning, sorting)
Maintaining overviews (e.g., Excel), if applicable

These qualities will lead you to success:‍

Reliable, diligent, and independent work style
Friendly demeanor and organizational talent
A hands-on mentality
Good spoken and written German language skills (at least B2 level)
Flexibility and initiative
Discretion in handling confidential information
Ideally, some initial experience in an office environment (not required)
