As a Working Student in Finance and Founder’s Associate, you will act as a key interface for internal and external stakeholders. You will actively support financial and strategic topics and work closely with the Managing Director. With your strong numerical mindset and focus on efficiency and growth, you will help enable well-founded decisions and create long-term value for the company.

Location: Hamburg (hybrid).
You must be based within commutable distance to Hamburg, as one weekly on-site day is part of the role.

You support administrative tasks and help ensure that all processes run smoothly.
You are part of day-to-day operations and actively shape the routine of an agile startup.
You help prepare and create financial reports and analyses to enable data-driven decision-making.
You support cost and budget monitoring and contribute to financial planning.
You support the processing and control of invoices, payments, and accounting-related processes.

You are currently enrolled in Business Administration or a related field.
You are open to new and changing tasks.
You have a hands-on mentality and work independently and proactively.
You are motivated to help drive aiomatic forward and actively contribute.
German at C2 level or native speaker.
