Technical Project Engineer

As a Technical Project Engineer, you will bridge the gap between technical understanding, project management, and client communication. Your primary focus will be on successfully implementing our AI software for clients, resolving technical queries, and managing the operational execution of projects. Working closely with the account management team, you will ensure that successful implementations translate into long-term customer success.

These tasks await you: ‍

Relationship management & contact person for customers
Coordination & planning
Project overview & progress management
Expectation management & goal clarity
Preliminary results & presentation of results
Development & Scaling: You identify opportunities for growth and scaling (use cases, additional stakeholders, next steps) and systematically integrate them into account planning.
Internal collaboration: You will support Account Management and Product Management with valuable insights from customer projects and hands-on product usage.

You should bring this with you: ‍

2+ years of experience in a B2B key account, ideally in a SaaS or industrial environment
Solid technical understanding of machines and ideally manufacturing experience
Convincing appearance as well as strong communication and negotiating skills — on the phone, by email and on site
German at native speaker level and English at least C1 to communicate confidently with customers and internal stakeholders
Experience in project management is desirable
Native-level German and at least C1 English to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
Bonus points for a basic understanding of Linux, data analysis, automation, APIs, or industrial communication protocols
