These tasks await you:
Active lead generation & qualification
  • In addition to leads from our marketing channels, you are actively using your own channels, such as cold calling, industry events and industry networks, to continuously expand our pipeline.
  • You qualify incoming leads (by phone, email or on site) and lead them to the first purchase in a structured way.
Responsibility for growth
  • You actively contribute your experience to the team, support colleagues in their development and share best practices from your own deals.
  • You accompany colleagues during customer appointments, provide direct support in real sales situations and act as a sparring partner in offer discussions, handling objections and deal strategies.
Gradually taking over the acquisition and support of our sales partnerships
  • In the future, you will assume responsibility for acquiring, establishing, negotiating and maintaining our sales partnerships. During the first few months, you will be closely accompanied and receive a lot of guidance and support from the team.
  • In the long term, you will continue to develop existing partnerships and set up a scalable onboarding process. At the beginning, together with experienced colleagues.
Internal processes & scaling
  • You work closely with Marketing & Growth to ensure reliable pipeline planning and clean forecasts. Together, you are driving the efficiency and automation of sales processes forward.
  • You act as a link between customers and internal areas such as marketing, product development and customer care in order to provide feedback and optimally represent customer requirements.
These qualities will lead you to success:
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or industrial environments.
  • Experience in setting up and managing sales partnerships as well as secure negotiation with partners and customers.
  • Solid technical understanding of machines and ideally experience in the manufacturing sector.
  • Structured, KPI-oriented way of working and routine in dealing with CRM systems.
  • Convincing appearance as well as strong communication and negotiating skills — on the phone, by email and on site.
  • German at native speaker level and English at least C1 to communicate securely with customers and internal stakeholders.
