Key Account Manager (m/w/d)

Are you passionate about customer relationships, love taking on responsibility and want to make customers successful in the long term? Then you've come to the right place. As Key account manager You are the central point of contact for our existing customers, manage cooperation over the entire course of the project and ensure that projects become long-term partnerships — with a clear view of added value, satisfaction and growth in our accounts.

Start: From now on
Location: Hamburg (hybrid)
You must live within commuting distance of Hamburg, as a weekly onsite day is part of the role.
These tasks await you:
  • Relationship management & contact person for customers: You manage communication, establish reliable relationships with contact persons and decision makers and ensure a professional customer experience.
  • Coordination & planning: You organize appointments, workshops and voting rounds, prepare them before/after and ensure that the next steps are clear.
  • Project overview & progress management: You keep an eye on timings, milestones and dependencies, identify risks early on and coordinate pragmatic solutions with internal teams.
  • Expectation management & goal clarity: You ensure that goals, scope, and priorities are understandable and realistic — and that customers know what is being delivered and when (and not).
  • Preliminary results & presentation of results: You prepare status updates, reviews and presentation of results and carry them out confidently together with the team.
  • Development & scaling: You identify potentials for expanding/scaling (use cases, additional stakeholders, next steps) and incorporate them into account planning in a structured way.

You should bring this with you:
  • 2+ years of experience in a B2B key account, ideally in a SaaS or industrial environment
  • Solid technical understanding of machines and ideally manufacturing experience
  • Convincing appearance as well as strong communication and negotiating skills — on the phone, by email and on site
